We provide personalized and professional non-medical care services in the home, hospital, or other facilities to help keep senior citizens independent as long as possible thereby enabling them to experience less stress and live happier, healthier, and longer lives. Currently we provide services in Houston, Texas (including Katy, Cypress and Sugar Land).

What is a concierge?
A professional who manages the errands and tasks of private clients in various settings. Seniorgistics concierge services are dedicated to providing a full range of customized services that tailor to each senior's needs.
Are you a home health agency?
We are not a home health agency, however we are a senior concierge business providing non-medical services and companionship.
How do you charge for your services?
We are a private pay concierge and most of our services are billed at an hourly rate based on your customized needs. Our rates reflect high quality services and currently we only require a 2 hour minimum. Itemized invoices will be provided and we accept major credit card and ACH payments.
Do you provide services at facilities/hospitals?
Certainly! In addition to clients' homes, we provide companionship, wellness checks, errands and the oversight of care for your loved ones while they are at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and retirement facilities.
Are you insured?
We are licensed, bonded and insured to protect our clients.
Do you have a privacy policy?
All information about our clients and their families is kept strictly confidential. We will not share any information unless authorized by the client. We value and respect your privacy!

What is the process to get started?
Simply give us a call or email us! We provide a free phone consultation to discuss your needs. On the first visit we schedule a meet-and-greet with your concierge, perform an assessment, and get started with the customized tasks when you give us the green light.
Professional & Experienced
Renarda Tolbert is the founder and CEO of Seniorgistics, a senior concierge focused on connecting the dots to service senior citizens and their loved ones in Houston, Texas.
Born and raised in the south, Renarda truly knows the meaning of Southern Hospitality—kindness, charity, compassion, helpfulness—and Seniorgistics was founded on these same honorable values. Her passion for caring for the elderly began during her childhood as she often sat with her great-grandmother who suffered with arthritis and assisted her around the house, as well as rubbing her ailing knees, combing her hair, and just simply enjoying her company in various activities. As she got older, her grandfather entrusted her to drive him to church and the store. Her passion was further driven as she volunteered with the Adopt-a-Grandparent program at The University of Georgia which consisted of spending time with the elderly in the community who were alone and didn’t have family members nearby. It was then she witnessed the loneliness and isolation of elderly in their homes, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
Renarda has over 19 years of healthcare experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Physician Assistant. During her career as a PA, she provided medical care to hundreds of geriatric patients through routine and emergent consultations and medical exams. Renarda also has extensive experience in the surgical and office setting as an Orthopedic PA to help many patients improve mobility issues thereby enhancing the patient’s quality of life. She directed the patients’ post-hospital care to ensure safety for positive outcomes in their recovery phases. It was here where Renarda discovered an unmet need to help the aging baby boomers maintain independence longer while living comfortably in their homes. From this realization, she created Seniorgistics.
